CSI has partnered with a number of Appliance manufacturers and/or Tier One suppliers for the development of improved Lean Manufacturing Material Handling systems and hardware. We have focused on Right-Sized containers, minimization of double handling, refinement of returnable packaging, solved damage issues, and improved Parts Presentation to line side operators.
